Administrative Fines to be Applied in 2026 under the Personal Data Protection Law
The General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law (Serial No: 585) published in the Official Gazette by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance announced the revaluation rate for 2025 as 25.49%.
In this context, the administrative fines to be applied in 2026 pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 have been updated by taking into account the revaluation rate in accordance with the relevant legislation. A detailed table of the current fine amounts is provided below for your information.
