Zeynep Naz Topaloğlu has actively enriched her education by participating in various conferences and conducting academic studies at several universities in Istanbul. She serves as the Head of the Personal Data Protection and Consultancy Department at GRC LEGAL and also acts as the firm’s Foreign Relations Representative.

Zeynep Naz Topaloğlu works extensively on ensuring full compliance of companies with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, particularly through end-to-end compliance projects carried out from the ground up, as well as consultancy services. Her practice also covers special projects, start-up and scale-up structures, contractual processes, e-commerce operations, and the establishment of comprehensive legal infrastructures, where she also assumes team leadership roles. In addition, she continues her active involvement with the Compliance Association, contributing through articles and briefing notes and delivering presentations and training sessions across various platforms.
