Lawyer Mehmet Şahin

After graduating from Kuleli Military High School with honours, Şahin transferred to Istanbul University Faculty of Law and continued his education there. Before and after his graduation, he gained professional working experience in various law firms; in this context, he took part in in-depth consultancy services and projects in the fields of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Consumer Law, Commercial and Contracts Law, Law of Obligations, Labour Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Information and Technology Law, E-Commerce Law. After a total of 6 years of advocacy and legal consultancy experience, he officially established GRC LEGAL Law Firm as of September-2020 and took action to achieve his biggest vision. At GRC|LEGAL, she leads and manages the growing teams within the scope of Corporate Corporate Corporate Law, FinTech and RegTech, KVKK, Compliance and Risk Management, Corporate Governance Structuring, and provides legal protection to clients and client organisations with a preventive-proactive approach.

In order to provide more accurate and effective solutions to the changing needs of her clients and consultants, she closely follows the developments in the sector, changing legislation and various practices and always keeps her knowledge up-to-date. As a versatile professional, she looks at the situations subject to law from different perspectives and acts according to the legal conclusion that gives the most accurate answer to the needs. She always adds value to the institutions she is a part of with the legal consultancy she provides within the scope of professional ethics and social values.
